Chair Yoga

In Chair yoga we practice yoga asanas (postures) while seated in a chair, or standing using the chair fpor support and stability.

We use the breath and gentle movements to provide a low-impact workout that's accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels, especially those with limited mobility, or individuals recovering from injuries.
